You have a good idea, one that would benefit from a better question, one that would demonstrate the benefits of doing an SNA and would justify some of the organizational movements you mention. It's a bit thin on analysis; I would also consider the use of some of the other SNA measures you learned, specifically subgroups and/or cliques.
