We also found that there is bottle neck in the EU office. If we take out Paris from the EU office, Copenhagen office does not have communication with other offices, and overall communication level of the EU offices is very low. Especially, BC is the main cotact person among the offices in the EU and the US offices. Therefore, if BC does not play well in delivering messages and information, there will be huge communication problem in the EU office.
