The new post-Weber, post-Ford organizational model

Isn't this perfect timing?  Just after I talked to you all about how company structures are changing as SNA becomes a widely-used tool of analyzing organizations,along comes a very interesting (and readable) article on how SNA fits into the so-called post-Fordist world.  Ford's ideal of vehicles being mindlessly assembled in long lines of repetitive tasks has had a long run, but is it over?  Only the debate will tell us!
