A few findings from our research

A few findings by using the dataset testGE4(people are well connected to each other) :

1. None of the US managing conusltant are connected to any of their EU counterparts.

Also only 1 US partner is connected to 1 EU partner.This shows lack of communciation at the top level.

Recommendation: .We need more communication at partner & managing consultant level for knowledge sharing and improving the overall reach of the organization.

2.In industrial practice sector, nobody from USA is connected to their EU counterparts.

Recommendation: Need to develop cooperation in the industrial practice sector.

3. The Copenhagen and Paris offices are not connected to the US office where the majority of the business is being done.

4.The females in the US are better connected to their colleagues as compared to the females of Europe.
