my research gave me the following results:
1. BC is the only Partner who is connected to all other partners. There might be a lack of communication on the first hierachy level of the company.
Recommendation: Force the people on the first level to get in touch with each other and share their ideas and thoughts by organising regular meetings in Europe and in the USA.
2. In Europe there not enough women compared to the US. This might be bad for the communication. Furthermore the women of the 2 continents are not connected at all.
Recommendation: Force the people on the first level to get in touch with each other and share their ideas and thoughts by organising regular meetings in Europe and in the USA.

Recommendation: Employ more women and use their better communication skills. :-)
3. HR and ME as reasearch associates of Boston do not have any contact there.

Recommendation: Start a mentorprogramme to introduce new assistants to the company.
4. Copenhagen has just 1 contact to Boston and is not connected to London at all.
Recommendation: I have no idea so far.
5. Healthcare and IT are not connected very well! Somebody already said that.
