I´ve added another column in the attribute (hierarchy level 4 up and gender) and came up with the result, that all hubs are on hierarchy level of 4 or higher are male. So most of the upper hierarchy level employees are male.
If you compare the networks of upper and lower hierarchy level, it seems like employees from lower levels are not that highly motivated:
Without having a mentor within the company, you´d better be the smartest person, very lucky or satisfied with your position without putting too much effort in your job.
