Hierarchy-Gender, Practise-Region/ Location

Hello All,
Few more inputs with recommendation:
Observation 1:
There are 4 Partners- 3 male (BC, HA, WD) and 1 female (RL). However, there is no communication between the male partners and the female partner, irrespective of feasible conditions such as BC being partner from same region (EU) as that of RL, and both of them practising in the same industry and location. There seems to be a major disconnect between partners RL and BC, probably due to rivalry which poses significant disadvantage to RL.

Red: Male Blue: Female
Recommendation 1:
Either the female partner should have connection with BC and hence indirect connection to US or should have direct connection to one of the partners in US, which in turn would have indirect connection with the remaining two partners. The female partner should be included in communication with other partners.

Note: Partners' links to different industries and locations are important in getting business to the company.

Observation 2:

It can be seen that the important practise which connects EU to US is the industrial sector. Removing the industrial link from the locations would disconnect links of different practises internally within EU and externally with US.
Blue: USA Red: Europe
Recommendation 2:
The EU industrial practise should sustain its strong connection within and outside EU. Also, other practises should expand their connections with different sectors and hence not rely only on industrial sector for its connections.

Cya tomorrow.

Cheers,
Apoorva
