Lack of communicators?

Hi,

I looked at numbers for betweenness and degree. The following picture shows betweennesses - the bigger the box, the higher the betweenness (and the more the person can be seen as a communicator).

Remark: The corresponding picture for degrees looks similar.

Conclusion 1: All big communicators are male (red in the picture). There might be a need for more female communicators.

Conclusion 2: The three major communicators (HB, ER and CD) are all from Europe. It seems that there is a lack of communicators in the US.
