Problems & Recommendations

Dear all

Let's have a look at this interesting picture. Firstly I dichtomized the data and only kept the connections whose values were greater or equal to 4. Then I colored it by the attribute of practice and analysed the betweeness of those nodes. I noticed that those people who practiced in pharmaceutical business had more connections than others. And in USA, there were more staff whose practics were pharmaceutical than Europe. The only person in Europe who practiced pharmaceutical had zero connection value greater than 4.
So maybe this company has problems to cross-practice train its staff and it doesn't utilize its internal resources efficiently. The European pharmaceutical market is nearby as large as US, but obviously the company has a power in this area in US, but not the story in EU. So the company can launch more trainning sessions for people who do the same practice and aslo cross-practice train its staff in order to upgrade its staff competitive advantages.
